Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
We want your subscription experience to be as smooth (and sassy) as the goodies inside each box. Please review our cancellation terms below:
🔄 Renewal Date
- All subscriptions renew on the 12th of each month.
- The renewal date is considered one month before your next box ships.
❌ Cancellation Window
- To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before the renewal date (by the 9th of the month).
- If a cancellation request is received after the 12th, your subscription will still process for that cycle, and you will receive the next box before the cancellation takes effect.
Prepaid Subscriptions
- Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid‑term.
- They may only be cancelled after the final box of your prepaid plan has been received.
- To prevent renewal, prepaid cancellations must be submitted no later than the 12th of the month before the next box ships.
✅ Summary
- Cancel by the 9th → No renewal, no next box.
- Cancel after the 12th → You’ll still receive the upcoming box, then cancellation applies.
- Prepaid plans → Cancel only after your last prepaid box, and before the next renewal date.
