We want your subscription experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. Here’s how we handle shipping:

 

📦 Processing & Fulfillment

     Subscription boxes are prepared and shipped after renewal on the 12th of each month. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after renewal.


🌍 Shipping Methods


•     All boxes are shipped via standard shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination).
•     Tracking information will be provided once your box is on its way.

⏱ Delivery Timeline


•     Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after your box has shipped.
•     Delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, or carrier delays.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions


•     We currently ship within the United States and Canada only (international shipping not available at this time).
•     We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

📷 Damaged Packages


•     If your box arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of the package and contents.
•     We’ll replace any damaged items with products of the same or equal value at our cost.
